Blueberry smoothie bowls

These are the best. Two minutes and you have a super delicious breakfast packed with vitamins and minerals!

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of soy milk (any milk will work)

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until thick and creamy. You may require more or less milk – play around until you get the right consistency.

This is best served with home made muesli, and fresh fruit on top! Sprinkle with flax seeds for extra goodnesss. Absolutely delicious.

Note

Play around with different toppings. Love coconut? How about almonds? Fresh dates? Maybe even some caco chips… all will be delicious and make your mornings a delight!

Freeze bulk bananas by peeling and slicing into chunks. Put in a container for easy daily use.
