Maple cinnamon cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix together wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately (include only 1/2 amount of cinnamon) then combine to form a dough.

Form into balls and roll into the remaining amount of cinnamon. Place in baking tray and flatten.

Cook for 10 minutes. Cookies will last for 3 days in airtight container.
