Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup walnuts
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mash banana until almost puréed and stir in wet ingredients.
Combine with dry ingredients, pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
