Ingredients
- 500g dry beans rinsed
- 1 diced onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- Water (cover over beans by 2 inches)
Method
Add beans and water and cook in slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
Note
If cooking kidney beans, boil for 10 minutes before putting in slow cooker to neutralise toxins.
