Peanut butter hummus

Loves peanuts and love Hummus? This is recipe takes only 5 minutes and is incredibly delicious! Serve with fresh chopped veggies for the perfect snack.

Serves

1 jar

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained & rinsed
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (heaped)
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 3 tbsp tamari
  • 1/2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Water, if required

Method

Whizz all ingredients together in a blender. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to loosen.
