Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas drained & rinsed
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (heaped)
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 3 tbsp tamari
- 1/2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Water, if required
Method
Whizz all ingredients together in a blender. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to loosen.
