Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3 frozen kale cubes
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup protein power
- 2 tsp sunflower and/or pumpkin seeds
- 5 roasted almonds
Method
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until thick and creamy. You may require more or less water – play around until you get the right consistency.
Note
Freeze bulk bananas by peeling and slicing into chunks. Put in a container for easy daily use.
