Peanut banana milkshake

Looking for a quick snack or breakfast on the go… look no further!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of soy or almond milk
  • 1 cup of ice (if available)

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until thick and creamy. You may require more or less milk – play around until you get the right consistency for your milkshake.

Note

You can add some extra goodies such as flax seeds or dry roasted almonds.
