While travelling in central, cacao is abundant. To embrace the local cuisine, we created this delicious twist on our normal smoothie bowl.

Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cups of cacao nibs
- 3/4 cups of coconut milk
Method
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until thick and creamy. You may require more or less milk – play around until you get the right consistency.
This is best served with home made muesli, and fresh fruit on top! Sprinkle with flax seeds for extra goodnesss. Absolutely delicious.
Note
Play around with different toppings. Love coconut? How about almonds? Fresh dates? Maybe even some cacao chips… all will be delicious and make your mornings a delight!
Freeze bulk bananas by peeling and slicing into chunks. Put in a container for easy daily use.
