Ingredients
- Heaped 1/4 cup vegan mayo
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustar
- 2 tsp dill or pickle relish
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp kala namak (very important)
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 400g firm tofu
- 1/4 cup Spring onion thinly slices
- 1/4 cup dill
- 1 tbsp capers
Method
Slice and press firm tofu.
Mix all ingredients except tofu in a bowl then cut tofu into tiny squares and gently fold into marinade.
Marinate for 30 minutes at least.
Note
Serve on bread with picked onions, smashed avocado, tomato and cucumber.
