Ingredients
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Combine dry ingredients and then stir in wet ingredients until batter is smooth.
Cook pancakes on medium heat – serve with maple syrup, strawberry jam or fresh fruit.
