Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp warm water
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 cup cooked potatoes
  • 1 tsp dried Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp garlic and onion powder
  • 2 tbsp oat flour

Method

Cook potato.

Preheat oven to 150 degrees.

Combine warm water and flaxseeds, set aside for 5 minutes.

Peel potato, add to flaxseed bowl and include the rosemary, garlic and onion powder – mash everything together. Add 1 tbsp of four at a time until a dough is formed.

Spread dough onto a baking sheet and cut the dough using a pizza cutter si to squares. bake for 1 1/2 hours, flipping halfway through.

Crackers will store for 3 days.
