Baked beans (slow cooker)

Ingredients

  • 2 cans white beans
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Place all ingredients into the slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low.

Note

Serve on toast, in a breakfast burrito or mashed into a salad sandwich.
