  • 1 1/2 cups lentils (rinsed)
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp jalapeño
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Black pepper

Method

Place all ingredients in the slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
