Hummus toast

Ingredients

  • 6 shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 2 large slices of sourdough
  • 1 avocado
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Blackberry conserve
  • Decorative micro flowers (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Vegan butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Method

Cook mushrooms in a pan with butter with garlic and salt / pepper for about 5 minutes.

On a plate, apply some blackberry conserve. Next cook the sourdough, top with hummus, cooked mushrooms, sliced avocado.

Sprinkle over sesame seeds and micro flowers.
