This is our go to three ingredient naan bread which goes perfectly when cooking Indian. Takes no time to whip up and tastes delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan plain yoghurt
- 1 cup flour
- Pinch of salt
Method
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Leave to rest for 5 minutes and then divide into 4 balls.
Roll balls out to make 2-3cm thick ovals. In a pan, add a small amount of oil and cook naan bread one by one. They should only require 1-2 minutes each side on a medium head.
Once golden brown, remove from pan and serve with your favourite Indian dish!
Note
If your mixture is too wet, add a small amount more flour until you have a pizza dough consistency.
