As many as you want.
Ingredients
- Fresh multigrain bread
- Lurpak butter
- Vegemite
- Cheddar or Tasty cheese
Method
- Cook the bread in a toaster to your liking
- Cut 1.5 slices of cheese for each piece of bread
- Spread a generous amount of butter on each slice
- Spread your preferred helping of vegemite on each slice
- Pop the cheese on top
- Put in the microwave for ~30 seconds, or until cheese starts to melt
- Try and hold back from eating straight away
Note
Be careful not to overcook in the microwave. Every second in the microwave makes the bread softer, so there is a fine balance between just right and too soggy.
Add avocado and/or cherry tomatoes to make things a bit more classy.
