Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 3 cups basil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Method
Toast and then blitz nuts.
Add all ingredients (except oil) to a food processor and blend. Slowly drain in oil until you reach the right consistency.
Will store for 5 days.
