Pico de gallo

2 cups

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 jalapeño
  • Juice if a lime
  • Bunch of coriander
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mango (optional extra)

Method

Cut all vegetables into small cubes and mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Note

Salsa will last for 4 days refrigerated.
