Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

Blend cashews into a dust. Stir in yeast and salt.

Note

Parmesan will last for 3 months in the freezer or 10 days in the fridge.
