Garlic hummus

Serves

3 cups

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 cans chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted (garnish)

Method

Blend all ingredients except sesame seeds until smooth and creamy!
