- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 cans chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted (garnish)
Method
Blend all ingredients except sesame seeds until smooth and creamy!
