Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 cups broccoli
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sriracha and onion powder
- 1/2 cap cashews
- 1/4 tsp corn flour
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
Method
Cook rice.
Sauté garlic and ginger for 2 minutes and add broccoli and water. Cover and cook for 7 minutes.
Whisk together soy sauce, water, maple, onion powder, corn flour and sriracha. Set aside.
Add cashews to the pan with broccoli and stir in the sauce. Leave to simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve over brown rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
