Spaghetti and bean balls

Ingredients

  • 3 tins black beans
  • 3 Tina red kidney beans
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cups quick oats
  • Marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic and onion powder and black pepper

Method

Pre heat oven to 220 degrees.

Mash beans and add all other ingredients until well combined.

Form bean balls and place on baking sheet – cook for 30 minutes (turning half way through cooking time).

Cook pasta and add marinara sauce.
