Ingredients
- 1 butternut pumpkin
- 1 sweet potato
- 2 cups kale
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Salt
- Rice
Method
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker (except rice) and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
Cook rice and serve.
